Abstract
In this paper, we formulate and analyze a vector host epidemic model with non-monotonic incidence rates for both vector and host to understand the transmission mechanism of vector borne diseases better. We investigate the stabilities of disease free and endemic equilibriums. We also show that the disease reach to endemic state for the basic reproduction number greater than one. We analyze the effects of psychological and social awareness on disease endemic and validate these results through numerical simulation.
