Abstract
The logistic population model is examined in this study in case of Chinese population and a prediction over population up to 2025 is made. The tests of practical data and analysis for the models are done based on the explicit solutions. New probably improved mathematical solution process using Curve fitting method for the predication of population growth are proposed and analyzed with practical data to predict future population and also reduce the error. Furthermore, the comparisons of predicted an actual data of population growth for the models are given by charts, tables and figures. The computer algebra software FORTRAN and MATHEMATICA are used in this article to carry out the computations and plot graphs.
