Abstract
Cloud computing is a relatively new concept which has been emerging rapidly as an alternative to traditional data-centers, grids, and private clusters. Cloud computing can be seen as a new way of outsourcing hardware and software services, and it promises that any organization can extend their IT infrastructure in a simple and efficient way. Cloud computing is a new computing technique where computer processing is being performed through internet by a standard browser. It is the next step in the evolution of on-demand information technology services and products. Today, it is relatively latest term in research which attracts so many researchers. In this paper we have discussed to how to develop and implement a secure private cloud infrastructure which acts as a Service for client users
