Abstract

This paper is focused on the problem of observer-based stabilization for neutral time-delay systems. First by using the Lunbergur structure, observer is designed. The stability condition for error dynamic is derived in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on the achieved stability conditions, feedback of estimated state is designed where the feedback gain is obtained by applying an iterative algorithm. Numerical examples validate evidently the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Keywords: Neutral time-delay systems, observer design, state feedback, LMIs.
