Abstract
Thermal effects on physical properties of Aloe vera and Carica papaya were studied. Aloe vera and Carica papaya of three samples were selected and subjected to thermal processes. The application of heat brought about reduction in masses of both Aloe vera and Carica papaya and the difference in masses for Aloe vera was more severe than Carica papaya. The standard error in mass was almost the same. However, standard difference is less than +/- 0.003 for both Aloe vera and Carica papaya. Aloe vera and Carica papaya obey the law of thermal process when subjected to increase in temperature above room temperature. The heat led to the reduction of the masses of each Aloe vera and Carica papaya at different temperature and the size was also affected.
