Abstract

Epidermoids are rare congenital intracranial, histologically benign tumour that are often located in the cerebellopontine angle with presentation in the third decade of life. However, the first case of this rare tumor seen by these radiologists showed distinctly different pattern with existing literatures in age, clinical and radiological features.
