Abstract
Splenic marginal zone lymphoma (SMZL) is a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphomas. It represents less than 2% of B-cell lymphoma. Frequently, people with SMZL have swollen spleen (splenomegaly), they are anemia and low platelet count (thrombocytopenia). The SMZL is slowly evolving lymphoma (indolent). It can turn into aggressive large B-cell lymphoma, but it is not very common. We report three new cases.
