Abstract

The purpose of this study was the integration and the use of technology by pre-service English education majors in their teaching. Studies suggest that the use of technology can improve students’ writing. The rise of technology has led to fundamental changes in writing and writing with computers may have social, political and cultural repercussion. It is a concern that students learn not only how to use computer technology themselves but that they learn how to utilize the technology in their future classrooms as they cultivate computer-literacy in their own students. In this paper students learned how to construct brochures and WebPages and this enabled them to integrate technology in teaching.
