APPLICATION OF ITERATIVE METHOD TO NONLINEAR EQUATIONS USING HOMOTOPY PERTURBATION METHOD

Abstract
In this paper, a new application of iterative method for solving nonlinear algebraic equations is presented. The iterative method is based on the He’s homotopy perturbation method (HPM) and on the iterative methods to nonlinear of M. Javidi, [1]. It is shown that this application of iterative method leads to an algorithm which is three order convergence. Several examples are presented and compared to the method of Javidi [1], showing the accuracy and fast convergence of the presented application.
