Abstract

The thermodynamic and structural properties of Mg-Tl alloy in liquid state at 923 K have been studied on the basis of quasi-lattice model. For transport properties, viscosity and diffusion coefficients have been analyzed using different approaches. The surface concentration of Mg atoms has been computed and it has been used to determine the surface tension of Mg-Tl alloy in liquid state.
