Abstract
In this paper we are interested by static converters and their interactions with fuel cells. In fact, we will identify the interaction between PEM fuel cells and DC/DC converters that are directly related as Boost converters. The identification consists principally to observe the influence of harmonics generated by the converters through the proposed model which takes account of the different physical and chemical phenomena. The frequency range is situated beyond tens of kHz, it is noted that the model covering the high frequency describes the static model with an average current of control at its input. So, the fuel cell used is controlled by the current. The importance of the double layer capacitor will be confirmed.
