Abstract

In this work, we have prepared quantum dots solar cells based on sulfide/polysulfide redox couple because the I-/I3- electrolyte is compatible with CdS/CdSe/ZnS QDs. We have demonstrated that the CdS/CdSe/ZnS-TiO2 photo anodes oxidized when which was immersed in the different electrolytes. Moreover, the absorption intensity of CdS/CdSe/ZnS-TiO2 photo anodes also decreased when they were immersed in I-/I3- electrolyte.
