Abstract

The paper represents, from the system engineering point of view, monitoring and obtaining metric values for a parameters of stability for P2P networks. Especially valuable is the way of getting the parameters. Parameters are available to anyone with access to a distributed application level of P2P networks (such as system and network engineers and administrators). Additional contribution has a comprehensive transparency for the approval and acceptance of the parameters and their final results.
