Abstract

The study was carried out to design and to observe the optimum production yield of the product. The result shows a redesign model and it also shows that the optimum production yield of the product is 109330kg in every month of production. The industry was also advice to be mindful of their optimum production yield. This will help the industry to avoid under production or over production of their product.

Keywords: Pressure pipe, factorial design modeling, regression analysis, optimization, contour plot, surface plot, titanium, stabilizer, PVC, steric, calcium and pigment
