Abstract
This work was meant to perform a SOFTWARE-ORIENTED and USER-DEFINED RESEARCH with an EXPLORATORY ANALYSIS. In the Investigation, the work had been approached to extend the service quality to the Six Sigma level for the Automobile Research Center(S). In the Approach, this work had conducted a Meta-Analysis / Research Integration / Research Synthesis along with the On-line tools, techniques and the available software.
In the Conclusion, this work had generated some of the essential principles, policies, practices, theories and administrative implications for the Service Centers in a generalized manner.
In the Future, this work could lead to the development of an end-user tool to obtain the generalized and obtainable user-end results with the incorporation of the mentioned Methods and the procedures synthesized /integrated in this work. This work could also lead some kind of the “Automation” in the Service Centers. The ultimate objective is to suggest for the development of a software to perform an approach named SOFTWARE-ORIENTED and USER-DEFINED RESEARCH with an EXPLORATORY ANALYSIS (SOURYA) for the Automobile Service Centers. And for the purpose, the keywords of the research questions by Meta –Analysis and the keywords of the research statements by Online Surveys using the Servqual Questionnaire were compared, studied and ultimately the conclusions and the implications were noted down based upon the existing and the obtained commonalities.
Keywords: Meta-analysis, on-line surveys, research questions, research statements, exploratory analysis
