Abstract
Job satisfaction and job enrichment are two sides of the same coin. In order to perform in the best possible way it is highly important to maintain cordial relations with peers and subordinates at the workplace. Something which holds even more importance at the workplace is keeping the boss happy. This term is taken in many ways and with the advent of increased workaholic atmosphere it has become the need of the hour to be on friendly terms with your boss. This paper is a review as to how important it is to effectively manage and cordially continue the relationship between an employer and employee and how this brings about its impact.
