Abstract
School leadership is significant in the overall school performance. To this effect, the knowledge, skills and competences of the school principal is very crucial. Although, there has been several studies regarding how leadership styles of principals affect school performance at the student level, teacher level and organizational levels, very few studies have investigated how the dimensions of principal leadership impact on teachers performance. Based on this, this study investigated the relationship between 3 dimensions of principals leadership and teachers performance in Delta State of Nigeria, in a sample of 400 teachers. The survey data collected were analyzed with Pearson product moment correlation and the result showed that, the Human, Structural and Educational dimensions of principal leadership have significant impact on teachers performance.
