Non-Refundable Charges All charges paid to the Publisher are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exceptions for Erroneous Payments In cases of erroneous payments (such as duplicate payments or payments made due to technical errors), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days.
Payment gateway charges and/or applicable bank charges (if any) will be deducted before the refund is issued.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction All disputes relating to this Refund Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and resolved by the competent courts in Kolkata, India.
